Delete your Worthly - Know what it’s worth account

You sign in to the app with Google or email and password. eBay seller accounts are linked under that account. Analysis credits live on your account and are shared across your devices. This page explains how to delete that account.

Recommended: delete in the app

Open the app on your device.
Sign in if you are not already signed in.
Tap Account (title bar).
Tap Delete Worthly account and confirm.

That immediately deletes your account on our servers (email/Google identity, hashed sessions, credit balance, and linked eBay tokens) and clears related drafts/photos on the device you are using. Live eBay listings are not ended.

Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email jsherman314@gmail.com with subject Account deletion request and include:

The email address on your account, and
Any linked eBay username (User ID) that may help us verify the request.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What we delete

Your user record (email / Google identity, hashed sessions, credit balance and purchase identifiers we store).
Linked eBay seller records (encrypted refresh tokens, policy ids).
On-device drafts, assessments, and gallery photos when you use in-app deletion on that device.

What we may keep / what we do not control

eBay listings and your eBay account remain on eBay. Deleting your account does not end live eBay listings or close your eBay account. End listings in the app or Seller Hub first if you want them removed from eBay.
App store purchase records (Google Play / Apple) remain with those platforms per their policies.
Listing images already uploaded to our image storage for published listings may remain briefly for operational cleanup; they are not used to identify you after your account is deleted.
Security / legal logs may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, or law.

Sign out vs unlink eBay vs delete

Sign out only revokes this device’s session. Unlink / disconnect eBay removes that seller from your account; credits stay on your account. If eBay notifies us of marketplace account deletion we unlink that seller only. Delete Worthly account removes the user, all linked sellers, sessions, and credits.
